CMOS checksum bad??

whenever my pc starts, i get following error before windows boots,
cmos checksum bad
press f4 to go to setup

can any one tell me what is wrong??

change the battery thats on the motherboard

Change the Bettary.. It will surely solve your problem..If Not then its time to take it to repair. (Which wont cost much..as it is a minor problem.)
