can't play aoe3 after windows reinstall

hi guys
i cant play aoe3 after reinstallation of windows .
it is asking for d3dx9_25.dll file .i can download that dll file but i dont know where to put it please help me.

In all probability all you'll need is the latest vesion of DirectX which I believe is 9.0c . Install it and AOE3 should work just fine.
