if your mobo have the support for Boot from USB. somewhere i found the we can create one mini WIN98SE in a pendrive. i think we can.

yes we can make bootable pen drives
format ur pen drive and select create bootable disk
and enable the usb boot from bios then u can boot from ur usb pen drive
