There's one Motherboard called AsRock P4 Dual 915-GL.
This has a 915GL Chipset, but supports the Socket 478 CPU, that you are using. This mobo also has both AGP 8X slot (for AGP Graphics Cards) and PCI-E 16X (for PCI -E Graphics cards).

well the motherboard does come with abt 2 yrs of warranty and is priced quite cheaply at 4k

if u want a onboard dx 9 solution then this is a good choice
