Hi DeXter

First of all i would like to thank you for sharing your idea of
Security System with us in the Aug 2004.

I found your concept really cool

I am having a few questions regarding the
"IVM software from Swift Sound"

I hope that you will help me out.

PC Configs
P-III 450Mhz , 256MB SDRam , D-Link 56Kbps Data Fax Voice Modem
Mtnl Mumbai Landline Phone no Caller - ID Feature

1.> well when i tried to run the basic .ivr file with the software and simulated the test call it worked fine with the simulation but i could not record the msg in simulation.

2.> when i kept the software running in the default .ivr mode and i called
my landline phone which is connected to my pc i could hear the answering machine software voice thru my pc but not on my cellphone.
and when i tried to say some msg that msg was not also saved on the
pc.

3.> without the caller-id feature enabled thru mtnl can i still get the
incomming users number thru this software or i will have to enable this feature with mtnl.

Please can you help me in configuring the software

I dont require any source code from you but just help me in configuring
the software for answering machine , callerid and ivr setup.

i am having some technical problems in IVM - swift sound

dont worry i am not gonna ask you for for your codes i need some
basic help in configuring the software.

i will not ask you what programming u did or any sort of that thing
all i want is how do i configure the IVM so that it can act as a basic
answering machine to save messages on my pc if i dint pick up the phone or trigger some software on press of keys thats it , I know that it takes a lot of pain to write some code

please help me out yaar
