Buying a Mobile Under 11k Help :)

so guys I gave my K790i to my sis and iam Goin To Get a New Mobile for Myself
My Main Requirements

1)-->Decent Cam
2)-->Good Music Player
3)-->I play lots of Games and Use Application (no Objection if its Symbian or Java)
4)-->i connect the net via My Mobile
so gud Connectivity to Net is Needed (EDGE)
I love Automobile(car,bike etc..) Designing so i love if Touch screen which has a app for editing or sketching
Its Just My dream i know its low budjet but i love to hav that Above feature
I dont Totally need that Feature or a Touch Screen

The KP500 (Cookie) pwns pretty much any phone in this price range. It's just too bad that LG have priced it at close to double that of the actual price abroad.
If you're looking for a bigger app base, the HTC Elf (P3450), also known as the Touch, is another nice option.

If you're adamant about playing Symbian games, perhaps a used P1i might be the best bet. Mint condition units are available for 8k-ish.
