Buying a good phone!!!!!!!!!!

I want to buy a good android phone between Rs 10,000 - 12,000.
My Specs are:
1. Multitouch capacitive large touchscreen with high resolution
2. Eclair/Froyo or should b upgradable to Froyo..
3. Good Music quality in both speakers n headset
4. Wifi, 3g, Bluetooth atleast v2.1..
5. Great build quality

My choice is Samsung Galaxy 3. Is it a good phone??

Pls suggest other phones

Galaxy 3 is not (officially) upgradeable to Froyo & does not support multitouch.

Look no further than the Optimus One for about 11.5k. If you want to save a couple of bucks, get the Galaxy Pop for 9k.
