Budget Configuration, Go-ahead needed.

Here's the Configuration I'm planning to buy.

AMD Phenom x4 840/Bulldozer FX 4100 - 5,500/-
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P - 2,800/-
4GB Transcend RAM - 1,350/- (Would look into Corsair)
Seagate 250GB - 3,600/-
LG DVD Writer - 1,000/-
CM Elite 310 - 2,000/- (Suggest Cheaper Cabinet)
400W VIP - 1350/- (Suggest Better PSU, FSP Saga II unavailable)

I'd be moving my GeForce 9800 and a 160GB hard-disk from my older PC.

If I could get some suggestions and a final go-ahead from you guys, I would order it ASAP.
The purpose of the PC would be casual/light gaming and browsing. The budget would be around 18-18.5 grands.

Thanks.

Sorry for not following the protocol :)

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Browsing. Light Downloading. Games like FIFA12. No CPU intensive applications, maximum is MSOffice.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 18-18.5K. Tight budget.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Microsoft Windows 7.

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: Around 300GB. Already have a 160GB which can be used as Slave.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Already have one. No ideas about the size and resolution, this config is for a friend of mine.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Graphics Card, Monitor, Mouse, Keyboard, Mouse, Speakers

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: ASAP

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Assembler

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Yes, but I cannot buy individual parts, I need the whole PC pre-assembled.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: Do recommend some trustworthy online shops I could look into.

Thanks

He doesn't need i5. Phenom or i3 is more than enough for him.

Please do recommend some online shops in Mumbai from where I can order.

Is this configuration with the x4 840 fair enough? Should I go for the Bulldozer instead?

Err, could I get a review on my configuration? Could I get like a concrete suggestion instead?

What if I'm getting the 840? Will the replacement CPU suit my budget?

No word on a trustworthy online shop? :(

Really confused.
