BT Dongle .. not installing

I got the BT Dongle ... but it didnt get installed so I returned it.

Now . yesterday I got the ENTER BT Dongle
this one is also not getting installed in WinXP_SP2.
(cd also is bakwas .. hangs the computer .. have to reset)

whereas my frd's 1 get installed with no prob.

Whats the strange thing?

With nokia PCsuite ... one with the microsoft drivers get recognised.

I dont really think that these BT dongles will get recognised by Nokia PC Suite. Only Nokia branded ones get recognised.. You will only be able to send and recieve files with this. And google for widcomm drivers.. That is the best stack for bluetooth.

i think the cd has Bluesoleil software, but not sure. I dont to install Bluesoleil software to use bluetooth
I want to install it so it works with windowsxp driver .. is it possiible
or Shall I return this one too ...

this is not the ENTER BT dongle... its BLUESOLIEL...
install the drivers in the CD u got with it....
if PC Suite doesnt recognize it then get a lower version of PC suite..
wat happens wen u try to add new hardware... wat does this get detected as...

I faced the same prb with BT. After trying out all poss. solutions, I formatted my sys and after that everying worked just fine with no prbs at all. So if poss. try formatting ur sys. Preferably use SP2.

k do 1 thing .... type regedit in run...
then search the registry for bluesoliel..
and delete all keys related to it..
