bsnl broadband needs help

i have a bsnl broadband connection which includes a unlimitied session of 6 hours from 2am to 8 am. i just need a proper method to automatic power on at 2 am to get a automtic download please help me
i have amd 3500+with msi k8ngm2 board

You have to device a method to just switch on your modem after 2 am (IMPORTANT) to get free downloads.
