60 Mbps = actual how much Kbps speed ???
coz i saw airtel & jio giving 150 Mbps plans ...
how much speed does 2g, 3g & 4g actually give ???
Multiply connection speed in Mbps(megabits/s) to Kbps(kilobits/s) by multiplying with 1024 & then divide the connection speed in Kbps by 8 to get actual download speed in KB/s(kilobytes/second).
e.g.60mbps=(60*1024)Kbps=61440Kbps-->Download speed=(61440/8)=7680KB/s.
2g/3g/4g are mobile net connections & are not considered as true broadband.As for 150mbps plans,they are more of a gimmick with their very low FUP .They are also practically not very good either because to smoothly utilize full speed of such connections one need a ssd.If you try downloading at 100mbps in a laptop with usual 5400rpm hdd,it will come to a crawl even if it has i7 processor.
