Broadband Speed is low..?

I am using BSNL Broadband 800 Business Plan..
From start i m having a problem with the speed..
I tried broadband on another machine and also on my notebook..
When I want a 3MB of file it takes long time to download..
I tried by changing my browser , updating it but nothing worked..

Can u please tell me the problem..?
May this possible due to faulty telephone line disturbance..?
What is the ideal speed of Broadband..?

Please help..

Problem from BSNL side.
Make complain on customer care.

They have given you wrong package.Get details of ur plan.

Depend on your plan.It can be 256 Kbps also..and 2 Mbps also.
Check details of your plan.Or tell me us..what is your plan.We will give your details about your plan.

There isnt any Business 800 plans form BSNL. Maybe he is referring to Business 700 plan. He should be getting upto 2mbps speed.

yes bro.. it is Business 700.. but i m not getting 2 MBPS speed..

U will never get exacty 2 Mbps speed.According to your package.....Ur speed will vary from 256 Kbps to 2 Mbps.
