Everthing was wrking fine on my system untill i installed Ad-aware 2007 free version.
After installing it scanned my entire system .
Now i hav problem while the system boots, it displays the motherboard name then the booting stops with a error message
"CMOS chechsum error-Defaults loaded.
Warning! CPU has been changed
Please re-enter CPU settings in the CMOS setup and remember to save before quit."

After this i hav 2 press F1 to start the booting of the system or i hav 2 press del 2 enter setup.
After pressing F1 the system boots normally, but there is one problem everytime i boot the system the system date has been changed from current to Jan 1 ,2001.
I hav 2 manually change the date everytime.
Any Solutions...........?????????

First try to RESET your BIOS settings.
If you can enter your BIOS then make it the default factory settings mode.
If you cannot enter into the BIOS then look for the two pins near the CMOS battery and remove them fora while to make them unshorted. this will reset your system BIOS. Look into the image for more how to reset the BIOS using Jumper settings.
