best voice chat s/w and yahoo cam viewer

i want to know 2 things...........

1. first, which is the best voice chat software that clearly send voice without delay and cut.......i want to voice chat over dial up connection of airtel gprs.

um...... at gprs speeds... u CANNOT... i repeat CANNOT have a decent voice chat even... so forget video with it...
i u want... u can use skype for voice, it is quite nice and no delay for me (using ADSL).....
and No permission video sessions are against the Yahoo! inc. Laws so FORGET IT!!
