Any 965 chipset based mobo with GMA x3000 has probably the best onboard graphics.

the onboard X3000 rocks. its the best onboard i have used till now. i can play half life 2 in med-high settings and nfs carbon smoothly in low settings.

btw the DG965WH is available in india. im using it now. its a really nice board.
