Best Mobile under 6K

I am planning to get a mobile.
My budget is 6K,
I am looking for a mobile that has the foll features any make!

1) bluetooth
2) pc connectivity
3) mp3 ringtones
4) camera ( doesn't matter how much pixels)
5) internet
6) large screen
7) Music
8) Good inbuilt memory ( can be expandible)

Yeah I know I can't get all of this but Tell me the best that I can buy!!

go with E250i just around 5k
over all good phone but having VGA camera
or buy 6233 with 2 mega pixel camera, built in stereo speakers and excellent music quality and very reliable one
check that mobile phone here
