512 PAM version costs 9000.However, there is hardly a difference in performance b/w 256 and 512, except in HF2

And about the 7600GS ... i think u missed the ddr3 part .. the 7600GS with ddr3 mem. is just like a 7600GT , priced lower ....

Read this..7600GS(with ddr2) is defenitely worth its price and preforms far better than a 6600GT(with ddr3). and comes around 8k or less.
