I am using phpBB (same one used by DIGIT) to manage my class forums www.snipurl.com/intensa

I have tried many other similar softwares but can anyone mention a software like phpBB which supports postlevel moderation.

That is when a user posts a message it should not appear on the forum immedietly but only after the moderator clears it. :)

I dont know whether phpBB supports it. Forum administrators may help me out.

i dunno abt phpBB ( dun rem ) but software like ipb and vb n all have group permissions
where u can set moderation before posting for the entire group

look for something of the sort in phpBB if it exists
or check out its mods database .. there must be one

Forum software like IBP is equivalent good.
We are using it in our college forum. Equiped with all features you want & easily upgradable.

free options worth considering are phpbb and SMF. dont know many others. IPB trial is very limited, and Vbb is a paid software. i think its very good, but i dont have the money to pay for it, so i stay away.
