well nero is at 7 , well featurewise nero is best i think . but as long as u like a burning software which may be not rated , but it is doing the job 100% for you , then it is the best software for u ....most people judges a software by looking their user interface only hehehehe

NERO is best for me but sometimes it make me UNHAPPY for more RAm needs
