Bad dvd playback HELP!!!!!!!!!!

hey guys,
i have a p4 2.8ghz.....896 mb ram,intel 82865g graphics controller n a samsung combo drive.....the problem is that whatever dvds im playing the video playback is not very clear..this happens only with vob files all other video files work perfectly fine.......even if i copy it 2 my hdd n den play it...still the playback is not clear..its like i can see small small boxes in the video playback whereas when i play the dvd on my dvd player it works perfectly fine........i am posting a screenshot of the bad quality video...can ne of u help me solve this problem???????

which player you are using to view vids

Use AVS DVD Player.

Install a proper decoder and make sure your video drivers are installed fine.

To get all codecs, you can also opt for the K-Lite Media Codec Pack.

Try using VLC Media Player or PowerDVD & then play those.
See if there are any changes when playing in these.

Also, while playing in VLC player, right click & select De-Interlace->Discard.

It could be also due to Bad Video Drivers/Decoders. Try re-installing / updating them.

Hope you are not using any of the pirated Video DVDs or Cam Recorded Movie DVDs. If yes, then you do get such bad quality.
