bad bad scandisk

my scandisk runs every time I start my computer ,,,right after windows loads,as if a bad shutdown has occured..
I hav let the scandisk run several times,and it does not show any bad sector.3 out of 5 drives are requested to check
also when in windows,the scandisk refuses to run,saying it needs some exclusive access to windows files which can be done upon restarting the computer.and asks whether I want to schedule a check next time the computer restarts.
I say no,but it does not listen
also on some drives,while analyzing a fragment,it says that disk fragmentor has detected that scandisk is scheduled to run ,please run chkdsk /f
also windows takes much time to load than before..
is my computer infected by any spyware or virus??

Looks like some program has changed the settings to make Scandisk run whenWindows starts. Your Computer may be infected
by a malware or a virus. Also which version of Windows you are using - Windows 98 or XP? You can even install anti-malware
software & and antivirus like Norton and do a full System scan.

yes I think the same a virus or a spyware..
specially since it happened afet I installed dataone..
so will spybot and AVG free edition suffice??
do I need to format??

no prob!I have formatted my compu..sigh of relief
