Backing up Norton Anti-virus Updates

Is it possible to back up Norton Anti-Virus Updates(downloaded thru Live Update)?I need to do so as i freq format my HD.

%:\Program Files\Common Files\symantec

u can also use intellegent updates instead of live update...dese are installation files which u manually install...but they cant be automatically downlaoded on ur oc u gotta go to da website symantec.com and do it urself every once in a while...

also, digit keeps on giving the latest definition updates so u dont need 2 back em up cuz u'll waste space (yes, i kno dey r only 3-4mb but still...)

ya digit does give updates but virus def updates not program updates per se...like WMI update also digit updates are outdated by the time we have them!

i wrote dat digit gives 'definition updates' so i meant no program updates
