background picture ???

    it can be done in win98 by right clicking on an empty space and select customise this folder.But,in win xp am lil bit clueless :(

    well it can be done in XP too by tweaking the desktop.ini file in it we give the path of the picture.
    I dont remember completely .
    I have done it in the past , will tell u soon.

    Open the folder, which u want to customize.

    Open "Desktop.ini" file in that folder and add following lines:

    Code:
    [ExtShellFolderViews]
    {BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}={BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}
    [{BE098140-A513-11D0-A3A4-00C04FD706EC}]
    IconArea_Image=<give_the_path_to_the_image_file>
    Now Refresh the folder and u can see the changes :wink:
