Automatic shutdown?????

i have windows xp pro O.S and start a computer with work it works fine but a 10 minuate it suddelnly shutdown the PC. The Starnge Thing is That Processor Is Running AND while i am pressing the restart button it doesn't work.

processor------AMD 64*2 Dual core
Board ---------MSI K9NGM
Harddisk-------80GB Sata + 250GB sata
RAM-----------256*2=512 [533 megaherts] + 1GB [533 megaherts]=1.48 G.B

Normal software loaded and 650 Wats SMPS
