does it shut doen or does it restart.....

and does it shut down when the case is open too..
open the case and keep a table fan if u have, in front of it....

when it turns off next time... remove the power and touch the heat sink and see....
how hot is it???

post back....

if it shuts down without warning it could be due to overheating. clean the cabinate to facilitate cooling.
@kniwor: i dont think touching a 40-60c heatsink is a good idea.

use thermal paste on ur proccesor if prob is due 2 overheating to avoid access heating of CPU keep ur cabinet in place where it cud get adequate air supply and remove from cabinet by blower if there is dust accumulated in motherboard & other periferals
