the big league where JEE (Java Enterprise Edition) & .NET rule the Server-side programming.

I have heard about it but have never used it because I neither know AJAX nor Ruby

But you will find few hosting providers that offer Ruby on Rails. It is not a standard feature yet.

Yeah, very few people use it. But still it is installed on my server
