Is there any way to recover files lost by replacing them??Or any way to ensure that this files go to recycle bin instead of being replaced permanently??

Replacing a file still means deletion of the original file.
The replacing file just inherits the attributes of the old file.
Hence you can try the same recovery softwares which you use for recovering deleted file.
"PC INSPECTOR" for freeware.
"Recover My Files" is a paid good option.
