Airtel Mobile Office Problem Pls help!!

hi dudes
am using k750i to surf the net using Airtel mobile office

i hav activated one day pack today, when i dialed the connect button in my pc suite to gots connected when i opened a mozilla browser and entered a site
it keeps on loading and connecting !!!!

i cant able to surf any sites but it is connected only


PLs help me i tried too in IE 6 not working the site is keep on loading...

I am having the same problem when i am connecting using my W850i. I have talked to their customer support for hours and they dont seem to get any solution.

Websites open in handset only when I select Airtel Live ( from Internet settings) . For mobile office settings ( Which I configured manually with the help of their executive ) sites dont open in either mode.

@tech_cheetah Airtel Live is different then the Mobile Office, they have different settings. Live will not allow you to browse. You need to restart the phone after you have updated the settings.

@dinesh_mettur Use the SE phone software to create a packet switched connection, you will be able to the connection status from there as well.

@dinesh its a temporary problem... they occur quite frequently... u ll get used to it...
happens to me 5 times a day...

@pathiks :- lol yeah rite...damn even i am used to that....have to restart the cell or DC and RC again..!!

at times only signals are sent and not recieved,i have to do same thing again

hey dipen i got one more trick.. Wenever the ntwk doesnt respond jus send a msg or call som1.. It works .. It clears up the network or something... I dont restart nw.. I knw it sounds crap but try

Just continuing from Pathiks trail.


Just try to open a page on your mob or if you use any apps like mig33 or mxit or flurry then try connecting them. Else you you ccan try to update your virus database(I use avast!). Whenever I face such problem I try these and it works for me on 90% times.

The simplest way is put ur sim out n replace it back again.Then disable any firewall n automatic updates in ur pc...It must works for u :wink:

NA these days..the only ones working for me is...dc ..and wait for 5 min...and then connect...:(

well at times....changin browsers is also helping..

Dammit v sound like some kids...:p so lame tricks...who cares...WE JUST WANT OUR CONNECTIONS TO WORK

mine also sometimes doesnt work .. restarting the phone is the solution
.. i wil try the calling or messaging way also. ;)

between what speed u guyz are getting bcoz here in Delhi.. I get 10KBps or 12KBps max on download. even though they say EDGE .. but I dont think its 2.5G here in delhi .. its simple non-edge gprs speeds // :(
live streaming works only at night n early morning. .. whats up with u plz share

also..when I use internet .. My Phone is unreachable, frds complain about it .. any solution

if ur fone is unreachable then it means that u hav a real strong gprs connection.. U must be using a os6.1- fone if my theory s correct.. Btw dont worry i get 2 kBps speeds.. U r lucky

between anyone experiencing real EDGE speeds 234kbps in what area
bcoz I get 96kbps at max on Mobileoffice in north delhi

no .. 2.5G is currently in use in your cell bro..
that also If you have edge in your area tower.
