Simple words,
i just want to access the hard disk of office computer which is connected through internet.
from my Home PC also connected to internet.

use TeamViwer.
easy to use no qualifications needed.
install team viwer to both end but you need someone to other end lol.
he/she will give some id n pwd enter it your end and you will connected to your pc.
