Abroad or In Here

Hmmm...
My dad's going abroad so i ws thinking of preparing a list of stuff he can get...
I think electronics goods are cheper there so best to invest in a MP3 player ,Digi Cam and a Pen drive and stuff like dat...
Main thing is i wanted to compare the prices...
About MP3 players....well it cam in the Dec Digit but still Live quotes are the best...
How bout Digi cam or Laptops.....Can some one tell me the pices of the Popular and good(economy class plz!!!) products and their prices if possible....

I think its not such a good idea to bring expensive electronic gadgets from outside. First, we get almost everything here in India with little price difference - at least for the low end stuff anyway. Secondly, you cannot be assured of service in case of repair if you brought the gadget somewhere far off...
just my opinion.

hmmm...frmo my studies i feel that the price difference is quite a bit....almost 100-800 rs and sometimes 1200!
