A Question about Fedora Core 3

The Digit DVD carries a Fedora Core 3 in January Edition

The ISO's will be given on the DVD

My Question is...........

Is there any Way to directly install Fedora Core From the DVD

If Not, How many CD'S are needed to burn including the Rescue Disk

Are you sure that they are giving isos and not installable DVD?

oooooooooooo why did i buy FC3 for 150 bucks? (

Its four CDs + one rescue cd, which is absolutely worthles.. u can do an iso install - just copy isos to harddisk, boot from the first iso, (using a CD-RW??) and typ "linux askmethod" at the prompt..

I have a bootable FC3 DVD give by Linux For You. I will get a DVD writer within a month. So if any one wants it, I can copy and give. Or buy December 2004 LFY mag

Secondly, for those who don't have a CD writer but want to have ISO images to try FC3, I can burn them on CD and give.
