The Digit DVD carries a Fedora Core 3 in January Edition :D

The ISO's will be given on the DVD

    My Question is...........

Is there any Way to directly install Fedora Core From the DVD :?:

If Not, How many CD'S are needed to burn including the Rescue Disk :?:

    Post Your Replies Here :!:

    Are you aure??

    Hi,

Are you sure that they are giving isos and not installable DVD?

oooooooooooo why did i buy FC3 for 150 bucks? :((

Its four CDs + one rescue cd, which is absolutely worthles.. u can do an iso install - just copy isos to harddisk, boot from the first iso, (using a CD-RW??) and typ "linux askmethod" at the prompt..

    Rohan.

I have a bootable FC3 DVD give by Linux For You. I will get a DVD writer within a month. So if any one wants it, I can copy and give. Or buy December 2004 LFY mag ;)

Secondly, for those who don't have a CD writer but want to have ISO images to try FC3, I can burn them on CD and give. :)
