A good password protecting software

I need a folder password protecting software must work like this :: R. Click on the folder u want>Lock>Enter Passsword>Locked. For Opening :: D. Click on the folder>Prompt::Enter Password>If password entered is correct enter OR If password is wrong deny access. Is there any software like this, which works like this?? If there is, PLZ tell me it name. :)

But all the software dosen't produce 100 % security.Every thing can be bypassed......

i got this one called FolderAccess2.0.0 .. it works perfectly .. the way u r saying .. in fact , when u double cliick and enter the wrong passw, it opens the control panel !!! protected folders not accesible over lan ...

i also have this one , Folder Security Personal 3.0 BUT if u are in a LAN, then the folder is accesible even tho it is protected ...
