a decent config

Cld anybody plz giv me a config ( upgrade ) tht would stand for about 2 years. I just need
(i) a good processor ( pref a 64-bit one from AMD )
(ii) integrated Video Card with support for DX10.0 and Vista
(iii) I dont need Monitor, UPS ( i have them )
(iv) and other details abt HDD , RAM, Motherboard , Media Drive and a good set of speaker and also cabinet and power supply

My budget for the above constraints is < RS25,000
