64-bit linux?

is there any linux distro out there which is a 64-bit version and has been supplied by digit upto now? also, is it possible to make it dual boot ith win xp pro 32-bit?

i dont get this....why would ubuntu ship their cds for free without absolutely no cost....is this just another gimmick?
