128bit # encryption ??

I am not a developer but can any one suggest me a good encryption package which is simple to integrade and free to download.

A friend of mine needs it very urgently!!!

U can use winzip 10.0. It gives u 256 bit AES encryption.. and also try winrar... They r actually compression utilities but also do encryption...
