You can just flash a custom ROM using Odin. That's the easiest way, and then you can load subsequent ROMs using Multiboot. I am also a G3 user - dualbooting Kyrillos 9.3 and CyanogenMod 7.1
For backup and recovery, use Titanium.
The steps are:
1. Download Odin for Apollo, and run it.

I want to buy speakers for my dorm room. Preferably under a grand, and easy to carry. Prefer quality sound reproduction to loudness. Will buy it online only.
Any recommendations?
I have a Sony SB16FG laptop and want to do away with the DVD drive. Can someone give pointers how to go about it? I'd also like to know if I can install an SSD in the ODD bay. If so, are there any specific accessories available to fit the SSD into the bay?
So I've been using a rechargeable 2000 mAh eneloop battery, and have been using the mouse on a single charge for over 3 weeks now. The use and throw batteries suck.
I get anywhere between 4:30 and 5:30 hours battery life from my Sony Vaio SB16FG - with the discrete graphics off. With the switch on, I get around 4 hours till my battery dies. You can also get a sheet battery that will double the life - and it doesn't add much weight either. The laptop weighs...

Mine was Samsung R220 way back in 2002. It had a blue display, WAP, and a funny antenna too. It was still working in 2011 February when I had to exchange it for a newer phone as there was no charger available in the market.
Looks like I am the only one whose first phone was a Samsung before...
Thank you. I went to Roshan's Bag Mall today and got a nice fitting sleeve for Rs. 432. The brand was Saco. I don't think Staples have any stores in my city :-)
I have a Sony SB16 laptop for which I need a laptop sleeve. I looked at this one: Buy Amkette Neo Cool Laptop Sleeve NC133 at Best Price in India - Also find Specifications, Photos, Features & Reviews
But I am not sure if this one will fit my PC. This sleeve's dimensions are: 33 x 24 x 1.5 cm...
