Yep you can use memory rated for any speed and it will work at its maximum speed provided that max speed is supported by your motherboard. What motherboard do you have ?

Actually the Sony DRU-810A is a Benq DW1640 OEM. But yes, do go for the Benq itself. If it isnt available, you can opt for this model. You would lose out on the advanced Qsuite features available in the Benq. Of course you could always flash with Benq firmware, but thats another thing now.

I'd rate it better than the two if not equal to it. The TwinMos is definately good quality stuff, comes sealed/box-packed avoiding any chance of you picking up fake stuff. Comes with a 3yr warranty too. It can overclock a tad bit as well.
