i was using the pc,browsing actually,and suddenly when i played a sound file,the there was no sound,i watched a movie before this, speakers are working fine,i connected them to my phone and checked. i have no idea what went wrong now,because it was working fine before,i even tried booting...

my UPS just beeps in between work,and suddenly stops,this is happening quite often now.my roommates' ups is also showing similar troubles,and it started earlier than mine.is this a bad current fluctuation problem,or is it something else,like earthing(we got none at this place:???:)

my ups just turns off everytime i have a big fluctuation,i have a 650 smps but a 600 ups.it doesnt even store power,its about 2 weeks old,i think the flat has an earthing problem.is that it,or is it sumthing else please help
