I doubt, games like crisis need at least 256MB graphic cards, preferably 512 or even more and you have a 128 MB NVIDIA card… I guess its time to upgrade
I hope so, ATI’s 5000 series is a great card and lower prices will definitely help. However there are serious issues about Fermi – check this link out - *www.semiaccurate.com/2010/02/17/nvidias-fermigtx480-broken-and-unfixable/ .
ATI also has plans to introduce next-gen graphics cards...
Try Updating to AMD Catalyst 10.2, which might help. It’s also packed with several features that fall outside the standard crop of bug fixes and performance enhancements.
You can download it from

Such proprietary technologies must be discouraged. It ties you in to install stuff, that you know, is not supported but is required for name sake to enable the game to install.
It is probably a driver issue. Get the latest driver from here: *www.thinkdigit.com/forum/showthread.php?t=122510
Download and install. That should solve your problem.
The Intel offerings presently are too confusing and are demanding a premium. I will recommend sticking with AMD. Simple two sockets AM2+ and AM3 and AM3 backward compatible. Support for both DDR2 & 3. It gives you the independence of choice. So, it is the best. And the AMD config that you’ve...
First of all, calculating all the peripherals will leave him poorer by 20k. So that leaves us with 30k for MoBo+Proc+RAM+GPU. I’d suggest getting the AMD 790FX chipset based MoBo (10k), Athlon II X4 630/620 (8k), 4GB DDR3 RAM, ATI Radeon HD5750 GPU. Will make a balanced rig.
The price will perpetually keep falling and then there’ll be another product to replace this one. The cycle continues. You just need to find a time when the per MB cost to be sweet. Right now, for 1TB, it is. So, yeah. I’m looking at the Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB HDD myself.
+1 for desiibond’s suggestion except for the GPU. You don’t really require a graphics card with the 785G (comes with an integrated ATI HD4200). I’d suggest saving up and getting a great graphics card like the 4770 or even the 5750 than getting an entry level one right away. If you still insist...
