Try removing the old HDD and system fan and then copy from the DVD drive, if it works properly, then most likely PSU is the problem.

Unfortunately, it doesn't support them, look at the last colums were it says 'N/A', that means it doesn't support those processors. :(

What PSU do you have, since you have upgraded other components and not upgraded the power supply, there may not be enough power to run the Dvd player. If that was the problem, then try removing any extra HDD or VGA cards and try to copy from the disk again.

I have some update guys, about 3 days ago I removed the HSF and processor from the MB, cleaned the HSF (again), kept it outside for a whole night. The next day I reinstalled them , I noticed that the temp has dropped by 10c, right now its idleing at 50 and at load it reaches 65 - 69, is that ok?

^^ wow, mine is idleing at 62c - 65c and at load it reached 114c, I have stopped playing games or running any other processor intensive application until I can get the thermal compound. Also my fan speed at load is only 3300+, shouldn't it be higher?

I have amd sempron 3000+, when at idle it logs around 60 C, but during load, it reaches 110+ C :shock:, the computer shuts down too. Could this damage my processor?
