    Me and my xp sp3 .msc files

    I'm not able to open any of the ".msc" files on my Windows Xp SP3 pc.:-( I tried it through "Run" and also by opening the system 32 folder and double clicking the files. Whenever I do I get the "Access Denied" message.:mad::mad: What should I do? Ofcourse You may be knowing it??? :smile:
