ahh... i'd installed Vista on an XP machine and was used to getting the Vista/XP boot up option screen. now XP crashed and I had to do a clean reinstall, but it was on a different partition from Vista. But now I cant see the boot loader screen of vista, and i dont have any way to start up vista...

when i bought my DVD-RW drive, i asked for a samsung, and got a samsung..atleast the face plate looks like our normal samsung drives. but device manager recognizes it as a "TSSTCorp" Drive...wht xactly is TSST Corp? because the faceplate doesnt hv the samsung logo..perhaps its an OEM drive...

I have a transcend jetflash 256 MB USB pen Drive....its about a week old......and i'm not able to create a folder on the root of the drive....though i'm able to create files and folders inside existing folders on the drive......wonder wat the prob is? thnx in advance
