There no compressed and uncompressend format on video data...only converting one format to another format...As your video in divx format (Little bit loss of quality... ignorable) you can convert to avi...but you can't get the quality back... TMPEGenc converts AVI file to MPEG1, the format...

Just setup your printer to use only Black catridge. You will find this setting in your printer utility program...(Are you installed that one or not check.. if not install it...)

As for flashGET U can manually set the Speed. If u are a dialup user, set the speed to 1kbps... But I suggest to use Auto Speed...which is able to monitor the bandwidth and utilizes full bandwidth.
