Can you suggest a good software for me to convert some of my anime collection to rm format. Some files I got which are already in rm format (65 mb to 75 mb each) have the same audio/video quality to that of an avi file which is 175 mb each.

I just bought a new lcd monitor lg flatron 19", the power adapter is not compatible wit my old ups as it has foreign sockets and my adapter has Indian pins, therefore i have to plug it into the spike guard, my problem is that whenever the electricity goes out so does my monitor. please help me

Der r some maps i downloaded 4 cs 1.6 but wen i try 2 add bots the console says dat bots cannot be added since map is not waypointed. how do i solve dis prob? r der any extra files i need 2 download so as 2 enabled bots? Plz u guys out der help me wit dis one

In the 3rd or 4th level there is a stage where you have to laser mic two guys talking in an elevator from a distance.The problem is that after i laser mic them till the top,it's game over for me and a message says,"objective opportunity missed". I don't know what else to do.Any helpers? :! :(...
