Why not wait for polaris. Amd is highly optimised for directx 12 even presently and polaris/amd cards will be a lot cheaper(not sure if they'll be cheaper in india though) btw r9 380 is much low performance than 970. Better go for gtx 960 4gb or if you find a r9 380x then that one
