OP did you get your gpu? I also have a friend coming with a gpu. The law is very outdated in this regard so I was wondering if he can come with the gpu in carry baggage with antistatic wrapper and no box. It's an expensive card and custom duties are scary you know.

Hey everyone, can you confirm if the game world slows down at lower fps( <30 ) instead of stuttering like dmc4,arkham series. If so, at what minimum fps does it run at the correct speed. My laptop will run it at 25-30fps according to youtube.
