i can'nt boot it. i did not installed any program. i can'nt boot from a live cd also.

my system is not working. i tried to reinstall xp but it says that booting failed. previous day i saw an error message which says windows file corrupted. then it restarts two to three times. i tried whith live cd of ubuntu also but the message is same. i checked bios cd drive is the first boot...
