"Could not Open Install.Log File!" Problem Solved!!
Procedure Verified. Nice work man. This was a time saver ;) My application was Civilization III Gold Edition installed onto a partition that was not the C:\ drive. I am not certain what the cause was but this was definately the cure. Cudos
