I'm using XP Pro sp2 up-2-date Asus p5ld2 SE motherboard Radeon x1600 GPU P4 D 3.0 2gig DDR2 ram 550w PSU 2x 120gb HD (no raid)

At the moment I'm having to install my keyboard, scanner and mouse drivers every time I reboot. Luckily the keyboard drivers install automatically so I can install the mouse drivers manually. The problem is when I open up Device Manager the keyboard says Unknown Device and there's two of them...
