I think it could be the problem with your 400w smps maybe its not of a good quality and is not providin the true power supply ..try another smps like powersafe.

i think one of your devices is screwed that is givin the problem maybe the hard disk or the cd rom chk bth oh thm.

it looks like whenever you load ur cpu the performance goin down so check your heatsink is installed correctly ,if needed apply some good thermal paste.

just reinstall your windows and check again ....see if your mobo has sufficient coolin.:x

Generally what matters is what chipset the ram module contains, some of the local ones have the lower quality hynix chips in them.so be careful while choosing .i suggest u buy corsair xms2 which is the best ddr2 .If cost is factor u can settle for kingston ddr2:)

u get a hitachi drive which is pretty good and also 5 yrs warranty..

try out in glassgow or computer shop at brigade road but those fans are very costly and are of a good brand(coolermaster).

u could instead go for a 40gb external hard disk its like a visiting card and costs around 2k..
